Objectives
SADAD Humanitarian Organization aims to achieve the following:
- Providing benefits to the Syrians through initiative and excellence in effective development, training, and educational projects in northern Syria.
- Preparing, qualifying, and training competent national cadres within targeted programs.
- Coordinating and working in a spirit of teamwork with local, Arab, and foreign entities.
- Contribute to the preparation and support of effective development projects that are commensurate with the values and objectives of the organization.
- Contribute to spreading intellectual and cultural awareness in the local community through activities and programs.
- Encouraging and supporting the role of women in the development process and participation in community building.
- Taking care of children and encouraging them to learn through special tools, activities, and events.
- Contribute to encouraging and activating the role of the private sector and civil society.

- Upgrading the intellectual and cultural level of human being by qualifying and training, towards an effective and productive society.

About SADAD
SADAD Humanitarian Organization was established in 2015 and the license was granted to work in Turkey in 2016 under license number 31 – 021 – 138 SADAD was also granted a license by the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry under license number 3252 on 11/03/2019 SADAD Humanitarian Organization is in its essence an organization A non-governmental and non-profit organization formed by and for Syrians with the intention of meeting their life needs with dignity, equality and humanity with a focus on sustainability and independence. SADAD is an impartial and independent non-governmental organization that operates in accordance with the regulations of international law and is a partner with the United Nations Humanitarian Fund.
SADAD has signed due diligence principles, including anti-corruption and conflict of interest policies, humanitarian principles and international law. It is thus a non-profit organization that was established with the aim of providing humanitarian services and support to vulnerable people, regardless of political or religious affiliations, in the long term, which contributes to the recovery and building of society on The basis of freedom, justice and equality. The headquarters of SADAD Organization is in Turkey and it has subsidiary offices inside Syria in (Idlib Governorate and and Olive Branch area).
These offices operate fully under the supervision of the central administration and each country director works side by side with the team in order to communicate with the relevant local and international partners to implement the projects that are located Within the SADAD organization’s ability to implement it, Employees in SADAD organization are divided between volunteers and permanent employees, as the number of staff working within the organization reached 60 male and female employees within specialized and trained teams. Direct supervision of projects and programs implemented by the organization to reach the required results.
SADAD Humanitarian Organization provides support and humanitarian aid In Syria, within most of the humanitarian sectors, including (food security and livelihood sector), (Education), (protection sector, including women’s protection and child protection), Health and Early Recovery sector, with a focus on vocational training, in addition to WASH sector and urgent response. SADAD also works to generalize protection in all Programs and activities inside Syria to ensure effective implementation based on humanitarian standards and international humanitarian law.
