The project aims to reduce food insecurity and negative coping mechanisms for vulnerable people who need emergency food support by distributing food assistance (cash for food) to 403 families in the city of Jenderes through the electronic voucher system.

As all families in the targeted area or the affected population are eligible for assistance, given that the assistance provided is emergency aid, 403 families will be targeted (the average number of family members is 5).

The project provides vouchers to beneficiaries for a period of four months at a rate of $65 per family per month.
